What is the difference to ts3musicbot.net?

It is the same bot from the same developers. On ts3musicbot.net you buy a license and run the bot on your own Linux or Windows server. Here we run it for you: you rent a ready bot and control it from your panel and its webinterface.

Is this a subscription?

No. You top up a prepaid balance, from €2.00 plus VAT, with PayPal, a card through PayPal, or paysafecard. From that balance you rent a bot for 1 to 12 months. Nothing renews by itself. When the time is up you extend the bot. An expired bot is kept for 7 days, then deleted.

What do I need for TeamSpeak?

The address of your server: ip:port, domain:port or TSDNS. For chat commands, chat notifications and the advanced settings the bot uses the server query. Add the IP shown in your panel to query_ip_whitelist.txt on your TeamSpeak server, save the query login in the bot's webinterface settings, then restart the bot.

What do I need for Discord?

A Discord bot token in the form BOT_TOKEN:CLIENT_ID. Our forum tutorial shows how to create one. For stage channels the bot needs the permissions Mute Members and Request to Speak.

How do I get my music onto the bot?

Upload files in the webinterface with drag and drop, or use the FTP access from your panel. Your package sets the disk space.

How many bots do I need for a ServerBridge, and when do I need the HUB?

One bridge bot per server. Two servers connect directly, so a bridge is two ServerBridge products. For three or more servers add one ServerBridge HUB: every bridge bot connects to it and everyone hears everyone.
